• BS or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 15 years of experience in an ASIC role leading to end‑to‑end development understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead program scoping efforts during initial customer acquisition phase of the project.
• Direct and matrix manage program management, design, verification, technology, system, product, software, and quality.
• Report to AECG ASIC engineering and business leadership on plan, status, critical decisions, debug and customer issues.
• Deliver products aligned to specification across various design and development teams.
• Make final PPA bounding‑box commitments and drive execution to ensure attainment.
