Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior ASIC Engineer to design and implement a high-performance MMU for GPUs. You will contribute to architecture decisions, mentor teammates, and collaborate with architects, designers, and software engineers across multiple sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant work or research experience.
  • Experience crafting memory subsystem units with properties such as memory coherency and arbitration policies.
  • Proficiency in Verilog, build and verification tools (VCS or equivalent simulation tools, debug tools like Verdi, Synopsys).
  • A solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming with C++ and/or SystemVerilog.
  • Strong communication skills are required.

We are now looking for a Senior ASIC Engineer! NVIDIA is searching for an outstanding ASIC Engineer to build and implement an MMU for the world’s top SoCs and GPUs. As a member of the MMU team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of a state-of-the-art memory management system with complex build requirements. What you’ll be doing:

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 3, and 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
