Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Syringe Filling PCU Lead in Swiftwater, PA to oversee Line 7 aseptic filling operations. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency across three shifts while coordinating with QA, maintenance, and cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership in a cGMP aseptic environment, with about 7+ years experience and 3+ years in team leadership. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 7+ years in a cGMP aseptic manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related fields with 3+ years of leadership experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight of the Line 7 Syringe Filling PCU for B57 Aseptic filling at the Swiftwater site.
• Ensure 24-hour performance across shifts including safety, quality, supply, and financial results.
• Develop and lead a team of managers aligned with FFIP Areas in B57.
• Maintain equipment and facilities to support manufacturing operations.
• Ensure deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and regulatory commitments are met on time.
