AutoZone seeks a Senior Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting customers with automotive parts and solutions. You will help customers select products, demonstrate installations, and support store operations while maintaining a knowledgeable, positive retail environment.

Ideal candidates have automotive knowledge, ASE certification, and ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends and overtime, in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic automotive knowledge required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• ASE Certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Able to lift and move merchandise; physical requirements.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsabilités

• Provide automotive advice and assist customers with product selection.
• Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.
• Stock and organize inventory; follow cash handling and loss prevention policies.
• Read codes with diagnostic tools and suggest solutions.
