Job summary

Tech Mirrors seeks an AS/400 Developer in Dallas, TX, for a contract role. You will develop and maintain IBM i applications using RPG and CL, design DB2 databases, and ensure secure system integration within a financial services setting.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of RPG/CL experience on IBM i, strong problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years of programming experience with RPG/CL in IBM i (AS/400) environment.
• Strong RPG III/IV/ILE/Free, CL, SQL, IBM i, DB2, and relational DB concepts.
• Systems integration and IBM i security support.
• Preferred: LSAMS Mortgage Servicing System experience.
• COBOL 400/ILE, FTP/SFTP, and PGP encryption knowledge.
• 5+ years in IT or QA within Financial Services; mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Relational DB design expertise; proficient with MS Office; strong problem solving and communication.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
