Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior Art Director to guide ideation and creative development across projects. You will interface with clients and teams, ensuring bold graphic and presentation design using Adobe Creative Suite and MS Word/PowerPoint.

Strong problem-solving and ability to translate strategy into deliverables are essential. This hybrid role can be based in NYC, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco, or remote within the US, with Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in arts or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Digital Media/Visual Arts preferred.
• At least 6 years of professional art/design/creative writing experience with a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance for all design deliverables.
• Lead/direct promotional art projects.
• Assess client needs and develop multimedia solutions.
• Translate strategic ideas into polished deliverables.
