Onward Search seeks a Senior Art Director (HCP) to lead creative development for health care professional campaigns in the pharmaceutical sector. You will drive concepts from start to finish, delivering compelling materials across digital, print, and omnichannel formats while ensuring strict brand consistency.

Collaborate with Copywriters and cross-functional teams to translate complex scientific information into engaging visuals, adhering to regulatory requirements and MLR review processes.

Formación

• 5–8+ years in pharmaceutical or regulated advertising.
• Strong HCP pharma marketing experience.
• Expert use of Adobe Creative Cloud and GenAI tools.
• Experience creating HCP materials for digital, print, and omnichannel channels.
• Deep knowledge of pharma promotional regulations and MLR processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead creative projects from concept through final execution.
• Develop compelling HCP-focused campaigns and materials.
• Design visually engaging assets that communicate complex scientific info.
• Ensure brand consistency across channels and assets.
• Collaborate with Copywriters to craft integrated solutions.
