The Infinite Agency in Dallas seeks a Senior Art Director of Experiential to translate concepts into tangible environments, pop-ups, and activations. You will lead creative direction, collaborate with teams, and help fabricate standout experiences that people can walk into and remember.

You bring a strong portfolio in art direction and experiential development, with sharp communication, organization, and an eagerness to mentor. This role blends big ideas with hands-on production.

The Infinite Agency is looking for a full-time Senior Art Director of Experiential—someone who thinks beyond the screen and knows how to turn a creative concept into something people can see, touch, explore, take a selfie in front of, talk about, and remember. We’re not just looking for a great portfolio. We’re looking for the person behind it that can join one of the fastest growing agencies in Dallas.

Someone with taste. Curiosity. Opinions. A slightly unreasonable attention to detail. Someone who can dream big without losing sight of how the thing actually gets built. Someone who can walk into a brainstorm with half-formed ideas, make them better, and help everyone get excited about where they need to go.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and work with a creative and account team to build experiences, environments, pop-ups, stunts, custom-fabricated elements, and the occasional thing that doesn’t fit neatly into those categories.
• Ability to model key elements with correct proportions and spatial relationships to support client approvals and fabrication bidding
• Create and execute projects by interpreting strategy
• Pitch, design, direct and produce work in a deadline-driven environment
• Present ideas to both agency and clients with professionalism
• Organization and ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

CLIENTS:

• The Infinite Agency is the Experiential Agency of Record for Southwest Airlines. This role would be to join the team to help execute 130+ days of activations a year. Yeah, we’re cooking.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A strong Art Direction and Experiential portfolio, to be submitted with professional resume
• Proven skills in Art Direction, Design and Experiential Development
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to demonstrate problem solving skills, ability to multitask, and pay attention to detail
• Team oriented and willingness and passion to learn from mentors and the Creative team
• Extremely organized with a professional demeanor and demonstrates an eagerness to contribute
• A strong knowledge of proper spelling and grammar, very responsive to feedback and incredibly resourceful
• Experience using 3D modeling software like Dimension or Blender is required in addition to a solid understanding of: MAC OS, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Knowledge of the Google Suite is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to accept accountability; ability to work very independently
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication skills; positive attitude; natural tendency to be proactive
• Experience using AI software like Midjourney, Chatgpt, Runway, etc is a plus
