Job summary

Saks Global is seeking an accomplished Art Director to lead editorial imagery and brand storytelling across its luxury fashion and beauty platforms. You will oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic that aligns with our premium identity.

The role requires extensive experience directing campaigns, editorials, and on-set shoots, with a keen eye for typography, layout, and post-production. A strong portfolio is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of art direction and design experience in fashion, luxury retail, editorial or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Creative Director/Lead Art Director's vision into compelling visual concepts and executions across campaigns and omni-channel touchpoints.
• Direct fashion, beauty, and lifestyle shoots on-set with photographers and stylists.
• Design print and digital layouts with typography and luxury design principles.
• Maintain the brand's visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Present references, mood boards, and design solutions to guide project development.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, retouchers, designers, and production partners.
• Review retouching proofs and provide feedback to ensure brand standards.
• Oversee post-production with retouchers to ensure consistency.
• Develop co-op content with internal teams and external partners.
• Stay informed on fashion, luxury retail, art, and culture for inspiration.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
