Ignite HR, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Art Director to shape visual direction across campaigns and digital content in a hands-on, collaborative role. This on-site position requires 5+ years of art direction experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating visual judgment.

You will lead photo shoots, moodboards, and on-set direction for photography and video, ensuring cohesive brand visuals across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Art Direction or related field.
• Proven experience directing photo shoots and campaigns.
• Strong portfolio with visual judgment and clear creative point of view.
• Hands-on experience directing photography and video on set.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Concept and develop photo shoots, campaigns, and visual stories from idea to delivery.
• Create creative decks, moodboards, visual references, and full art direction for projects.
• Art direct photography and video, including posing, composition, lighting, casting, and on-set execution.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, producers, hair and makeup professionals, and other partners.
• Provide clear direction during production and post-production to maintain quality.
• Maintain strong visual consistency across styling, lighting, editing, retouching, and image treatment.
