UCLA Health is seeking a Senior Art Director to shape the brand’s voice through campaigns that build awareness and trust. You will partner with a Senior Copywriter and collaborate with teams across the enterprise to deliver compelling creative work that drives UCLA Health’s growth.

You will lead creative direction, develop concepts across video, digital, print, and social media, and work with senior leaders to ensure strategic, effective campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years as a creative professional with brand-focused work.
• 3+ years across digital, social, TV, print, OOH and experiential media.

Responsabilités

• Guide creative direction and visual foundation for campaigns and brand marketing.
• Develop concepts and designs across video, digital, experiential, social and print.
• Partner with a Copywriter to bring campaign concepts to life.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Strategic Marketing, Brand Strategy, Creative, Digital and Development.
• Apply advertising and art direction to solve complex creative challenges.
• Use design thinking and craftsmanship to craft impactful campaigns.
• Develop work supporting patient acquisition, staff and student recruitment, and growth.
