Razorfish in Seattle is seeking a Senior Art Director to lead strategic and hands-on creative across digital and traditional channels. You will translate briefs into compelling campaigns, mentor junior creatives, and collaborate with Copywriters, Strategists, and Producers to shape integrated ideas.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in agency art direction, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe CC, PowerPoint, and Keynote, plus comfort with AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of art direction or creative concepting in an agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns.
• Experience developing business pitches.

Responsibilities

• Partake in creative concept development.
• Create integrated campaign ideas across digital, social, content, video, print, OOH, and emerging channels.
• Translate client briefs into clear creative territories and visual narratives.
• Develop pitch materials, presentation decks, mood boards, and visual prototypes.
• Collaborate with teams of Copywriters, Strategists, and Production partners.
• Present creative ideas with confidence and articulate the rationale behind concepts and design decisions.
• Ensure creative excellence, brand consistency, and strategic alignment throughout the concepting process.
• Stay current on design trends, cultural shifts, technology, and platform innovations that inform creative thinking.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment where multiple opportunities are developed simultaneously.
