Job summary

Razorfish is seeking a Designer to join our team and create visuals across in-app and digital campaigns for a high-profile client. You will follow senior staff directions, collaborate with the team, and connect with client contacts to bring goals to life.

The role requires a strong portfolio and 3+ years in an advertising/marketing setting, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and a solid understanding of digital landscapes including video, mobile experiences, and social media.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design or Advertising/Portfolio school
3+ years of experience designing for advertising or marketing agency
Exceptional portfolio showing key visuals and cross-channel campaign work

Responsibilities

Execute art and exhibit strong key visual development
Assist in executing concepts for campaigns across video, social, web, email and more
Work under the direction of project design leads to develop layouts, site grids, typography, colors etc.
Assist in the creation of mood and storyboards
Assist in selecting photos and photo-touching
Leverage regulated AI tools as needed for visuals and illustrations
Support creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation
Partake in strategy development as needed and apply feedback
Stay abreast of industry trends and apply them as appropriate
Maintain high quality on creative deliverables
Assist creative leads in research and presentation materials
Present work internally as needed
