The ideal candidate will have a strong background in broadcast design, with proficiency in both digital and traditional media. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize campaigns across all platforms.
• Art direct across all platforms, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Present concepts and final designs to internal creative and account teams.
• Attend client meetings and present creative work.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all departments.
• Inspire your peers and demonstrate what great work looks like to clients.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in art direction or a related field.
• Experience in broadcast design is a must.
• Strong experience in design across various platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong conceptual and creative skills.
• Proficient in social, interactive, and traditional design.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Expertise in Keynote and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Figma preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is a bonus (but not required).
