The Senior Art Director is a contract, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, responsible for leading visual concept development and execution across integrated campaigns and brand initiatives. This role oversees the creative process from ideation to final delivery, guiding design teams and collaborating closely with copywriters, strategists, and account partners to ensure cohesive, high-impact work. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and presenting creative concepts, directing photo and video shoots, refining visual identities, supervising layout and design, and ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines and client objectives. The Senior Art Director will also mentor junior creatives, manage timelines and feedback, and contribute to new business pitches and presentations.
