ProCaps Labs is seeking a Senior Art Director to shape visual direction and creative strategy for marketing initiatives in a hands‑on role. Based in Broomfield, CO (onsite), this position offers a collaborative environment where design contributes to omnichannel campaigns across digital, print, packaging, events, and video. You will lead with both concept and craft while helping strengthen a growing in‑house team.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and execute creative concepts for omnichannel marketing campaigns spanning digital, social, print, packaging, events, and video.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines to keep visuals consistent across every touchpoint.
- Conceptualize, design, and oversee campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Partner closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to create visuals that engage audiences and support campaign objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior designers with feedback, support, and leadership for an expanding in‑house team.
- Produce or supervise video content and multimedia assets as needed, with video editing experience a plus.
- Keep up with design and marketing advancements by staying current on industry trends, design technologies, and omnichannel best practices.
- Contribute to the evolution of L&D strategies through planning, tool selection, and innovation.
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to support the company’s learning and development goals.
What you bring
- 10+ years of professional experience in art direction, visual design, or creative leadership, ideally with both agency and in‑house experience.
- Proven experience in omnichannel campaign concepting and execution.
- Strong branding background, including creating, maintaining, and evolving brand guides.
- Hands‑on expertise in digital and print design; video editing skills are a plus.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere), Figma, or similar tools for design and prototyping.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, including experience mentoring designers.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling designs.

Compensation & benefits
Salary range is $120,000 - $160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
