Job summary

Precis is seeking a Senior Art Director based in Austin to lead creative delivery, develop concepts, and deliver exceptional presentations aligned with strategic goals. You will guide and mentor junior Art Directors, ensure timely delivery, and uphold high visual standards across projects.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, engage in client meetings, and help expand client scopes while advancing best practices in digital marketing and creative strategy.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience working with creative.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe CC, Figma) and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to ideate and translate strategy into visuals that align with brand goals.
• Excellent collaboration and client relationship skills.
• Understanding of how to leverage creative strategy to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative delivery, developing concepts and executing presentations with high visual quality.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead creative delivery, developing concepts, and executing exceptional presentations while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and high‑quality visual excellence.
• Lead client meetings, pitches, and presentations showcasing our creative capabilities and solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior Art Directors, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Assist in managing and prioritizing tasks, both yours and those of junior colleagues, to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Support the establishment of standards for art direction and best practices within the team.
• Identify and implement opportunities for innovation, both within the team and on projects, by staying updated on trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Identify and drive opportunities to expand client scopes.

What We Are Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience working with creative.
• Proficiency in relevant design tools (Adobe CC, Figma), graphic design principles, and digital marketing best practices (channels, formats, testing).
• Exceptional ability to ideate, evaluate, and implement strategic insights into innovative and high‑quality visual concepts that align with brand goals and resonate with the target audience.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills that build trust and lasting client relationships.
• Deep understanding of how to leverage creative strategy and digital best practices to meet business objectives.
