United Entertainment Group is seeking an Associate Creative Director-Art to lead culturally relevant, earned-first campaigns across entertainment, sports, lifestyle, fashion, and consumer brands from concept to creation.

The role emphasizes big ideas, collaboration across creative, strategy, production and social teams, and a track record of award-winning work. Expect fast-paced, pitch-driven projects with a cross-functional, ego-free team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing day-to-day changes with a team-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Advertising or Graphic Design, or relevant work experience.
• Experience maintaining client contact and assisting with budget/schedule development.
• Ability to prioritize and manage work in fast-paced environments.
• Mastery of industry-standard design software, especially Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Production experience in art direction and design for video, digital, and social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Concept and plan execution of integrated campaigns across media, especially social, digital, video, experiences and content.
• Create and design campaign ideas for client projects and pitches that are earned-first and social by design.
• Coordinate with account, strategy, production, and influencer teams to bring concepts to life.
• Develop tactics to realize creative concepts and meet program objectives.
• Manage multiple projects and provide direction to team members as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers and production partners to schedule and execute work.
• Present client campaigns and drive the client-approval process.
• Work with external vendors and internal colleagues to finish projects on time and within budget.
