Job summary

Edelman in New York is seeking an Associate Creative Director to concept, craft and produce earned-first, social-first ideas across multiple accounts. You will be client-facing, self-motivated and collaborate with a cross-capability team to sell in work that solves real business problems, from concept through production while maintaining brand integrity and delivering measurable results.

You should be a sharp thinker with a track record of big ideas and 360 campaigns, fluent in social platforms,

Qualifications

• At least 6 years' experience managing day-to-day changes with a team-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Advertising or Graphic Design or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to concept and plan integrated campaigns across social, digital, video and experiences.
• Create and design campaign ideas for client projects and new business pitches that are earned-first.
• Collaborate with account, strategy, project management and influencer teams.
• Develop tactics that bring creative concepts to life and achieve program objectives.
• Manage multiple jobs and provide direction to team members as needed.
• Schedule projects with production partners and present client creative presentations.
• Coordinate with vendors to complete projects within time and budget.
