Thompson Gray, Inc. is seeking an Acquisition Logistician to support the U.S. Army TMDE modernization program in Huntsville.

The role requires 5–10 years of Army acquisition experience, with emphasis on integrated logistics elements for ACAT III programs and knowledge of Army radio systems and NVGs. You will join a team responsible for lifecycle maintenance, IPS implementation, and supply-chain coordination to ensure timely fielded performance and compliance with Army guidelines.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of documented Army electronic repair program or calibration facility experience.
• Strong working knowledge of the Army acquisition process for ACAT III programs.
• In-depth knowledge of Army radio systems, NVGs, and COTS test equipment.
• Extensive experience with TMDE operations and organic maintenance strategies.

Responsabilités

• Manage a critical Army test equipment modernization program.
• Serve as a key IPS team member to implement performance-based metrics and organic maintenance strategies for COTS test equipment.
• Review, evaluate, and approve logistical documents detailing maintenance tasks and LORA analyses, Army manuals.
• Create and maintain Type Classification documentation; brief management and stakeholders.
• Shape maintenance strategies for electronic repair in communication repair shops and calibration facilities while ensuring SOPs are followed.
• Embed troubleshooting, repair, and lifecycle maintenance of tactical radio systems and NVGs into modernization efforts.
• Coordinate supply chain logistics for electronic components; manage inventories and mitigate shortages.
