PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking an Integrated Logistics Analyst to support DoD logistics, life cycle sustainment, and program management from our Huntsville, AL location.

The role involves coordinating logistics planning, supporting cross‑functional IPTs, and delivering executive‑level documentation to drive program success. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of DoD logistics experience, strong communication skills, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of DoD logistics or sustainment program experience.
• Experience with IPTs or cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ILS, life cycle sustainment, and defense acquisition processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required upon hire and maintained during employment.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated logistics and life cycle management support for DoD programs.
• Coordinate logistics planning with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Develop, review, and maintain logistics planning documents and sustainment strategies.
• Prepare executive-level briefings, reports, and program documentation.
• Track actions, milestones, and deliverables to support program execution.
• Facilitate meetings and technical exchanges; document outcomes and actions.
• Identify risks and opportunities in logistics planning and mitigation strategies.
• Support readiness, fielding, sustainment, and long-term product support planning.
• Perform additional logistics and program management duties as assigned.
