Job summary

Entarian is seeking an Army Senior Program Manager to provide comprehensive oversight of contractor personnel and activities to support the PM EW&C. The role includes binding resource commitments and managing program services, engineering, testing, training, and operation support.

Responsibilities cover staffing, TEMP development, review of TEMP/TEST artifacts, coordination with subordinate PMs, IPT participation, and briefing senior leadership. On-site presence required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum of ten years in management/supervision of military hardware/software or related systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication for senior government briefings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP certification and DAWIA level II or III in program management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all contractor personnel assigned to the contract.
• Assist in creating, updating, staffing TEMP, T&E documents and related program artifacts.
• Review and advise on TEMP, Test Plans, Test Reports for consistency with C5ISR requirements.
• Coordinate with PMs to modify TEMPs and ensure schedule alignment.
• Participate in IPTs and support requirements research with engineering teams.
• Provide briefing support for leadership presentations and customer inquiries.
• Ensure conformance with program tasks, schedules and costs.
