Job summary

Entarian in Aberdeen is seeking a Program Manager to lead a DoD contract and oversee on-site program execution. You will coordinate staffing, review test documentation, and ensure schedules and costs align with program goals.

The role requires a TS clearance, a relevant bachelor's degree, and a minimum of ten years in leadership of military hardware/software programs. PMP/DAWIA certifications and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical or managerial discipline.
  • Minimum of ten years of progressive management and supervision in military hardware/software development or related systems analysis.
  • Experience presenting complex information to senior government officials; strong written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; PMP and DAWIA program management certifications are preferred.

  • Assist in creating, updating, coordinating, and staffing T&E documents for CPE IWS.
  • Review and comment on TEMP, Test Plans, Test Reports and related docs for consistency with C5ISR requirements and HQ directives.
  • Coordinate with subordinate PMs to modify TEMPs and participate in test/evaluation IPTs.
  • Support requirements research and ensure testable requirements; prepare briefing packages for leadership.

Job description

Position is contingent upon contract award and funding.

Responsibilities
  • Manages all contractor personnel assigned to the contract to ensure that all are performing appropriately
  • Assists in creating, updating, coordinating, and staffing T&E documents that are managed under CPE IWS
  • Reviews and analyzes current draft and/or approved versions of PEO IEWS Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), Test Plans, Test Reports, and other program documentation for consistency, conformity to C5ISR requirements, adherence to higher headquarters directives, program impacts due to changes, etc. and provide appropriate comments to the CPE IWS
  • Reviews program documents for consistency of schedules, test strategy, and force level interoperability requirements
  • Coordinates with affected subordinate PMs to execute modification to TEMPs
  • Participates in test and evaluation IPT on behalf of CPE IWS
  • Assists the combat developer in requirements research by ensuring requirements can be achieved with either current or anticipated technology
  • Evaluate and balance user desires against anticipated budget expectations
  • Assisting and educating users to encourage the development of testable requirements
  • Provides support in preparing briefing packages for presentation to high level leadership
  • Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review tasks plans and deliverable items
  • Ensures conformance with program tasks, schedules and costs

The Program Manager shall maintain on-site presence and shall be responsive to all Government inquiries and concerns.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related scientific or technical discipline
  • Minimum of ten (10) Years of progressive experience in management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development, or related systems analysis
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to meet the requirement of developing and presenting complex information to senior government officials
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • PMP certification, DAWIA level II or III in program management

Salary range: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00
