Job summary

Cahaba Federal Solutions seeks an Army Senior Intelligence Strategist to support the Strategy & Initiatives Division under the Army G-2. You will develop and communicate the Army Intelligence Enterprise strategy and coordinate with DoD and interagency partners.

The role requires eligibility for a DoD TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in operations research or national security analytics, and strong executive briefing skills.

Qualifications

• Requires Eligibility for a DoD TS/SCI Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years applying operations research/analysis to military or national security.
• Experience providing decision support to senior leaders (Pentagon/ARSTAF/ASCC).
• Strong understanding of the Intelligence Community and organizational integration.
• Experience with joint, interagency, and multinational partners.
• Excellent written and verbal briefing skills; capable of executive-level presentations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and communicate the Army Intelligence Enterprise (AIE) strategy.
• Align strategy with DoD objectives and senior leadership guidance.
• Formulate long-range direction, guidance, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee development of implementation plans, risk assessments, and MOP/MOE.
• Serve as advisor on emerging strategic trends and decisions.
• Prepare executive-level papers and correspondence for leadership.
• Represent Cahaba in high-level strategy forums and interagency engagements.
• Coordinate across teams to evaluate intelligence systems and modernization efforts.
