Job summary

Cortina Solutions is seeking a Senior Aviation Military Analyst to provide expertise in Army Aviation operations. The role involves identifying capability gaps, leading Joint working groups, and producing analytical products to support Army and Joint stakeholders.

Candidates must be a Rated Army Aviator with at least 15 years of experience, possess a Senior or Master Army Aviator Badge, and have an active SECRET security clearance. Benefits include medical insurance, flexible PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of Army Aviation flight and combat operations experience.
• Senior or Master Army Aviator Badge required.
• Extensive experience with Hydra 70 rockets and HELLFIRE missiles.
• Active SECRET security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Army Aviation operations and modernization efforts.
• Identify operational capability gaps and develop recommendations.
• Produce high-quality analytical products for Army and Joint stakeholders.
• Plan and execute Joint Working Groups and aviation studies.
