Job summary

KBR Careers is seeking a Senior Military Operations Analyst - Arms Control to assess treaty requirements affecting basing, alert postures, exercises, and day-to-day operations. The role develops procedures, checklists, and training materials for unit implementation and supports inspections and treaty events.

Ideal candidates will have a TS clearance, 8+ years in nuclear or treaty-affected missions, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of operational experience in nuclear or treaty-affected missions.
• Strong understanding of how base-level operations intersect with inspection and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear procedures, checklists, or training materials.
• Active TS (or higher) clearance and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assess how treaty requirements affect basing, alert postures, exercises and day-to-day operations.
• Develop and refine procedures, checklists, and training materials for unit-level implementation.
• Support planning and execution of inspections, visits, and treaty-related events.
• Provide operational input to policy teams on feasibility and impact of proposed treaty positions.
