Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required and 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 7 years of IT experience with Life Sciences focus.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business processes and requirements; assess feasibility with Life Sciences features.
• Analyze feasibility and impact of enhancements/Change Requests on existing configurations.
• Provide functional support to development and testing teams.
• Coordinate daily onsite-offshore interactions with offshore teams.
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
