Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a senior construction professional to manage direct reports and lead interdisciplinary teams on the Fab 62 project in Chandler, AZ. You will establish construction methods, review plans, and drive safety and efficiency across the site, coordinating with craft teams and subcontractors.

The role requires a strong background in area leadership, scheduling, and cost control, with the ability to align civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and piping work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10–13 years of relevant construction experience.
• Alternative path: 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading field teams and interfacing with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee jobsite operations of Bechtel, subs, suppliers, and clients.
• Develop and coordinate construction schedules and resource plans.
• Manage budgets and ensure field operations stay within approved cost.
• Supervise personnel and maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and provide field leadership.
• Assist Field Superintendent and Field Construction Manager as needed.
