Job summary

Oasis Wellness Oman is seeking an Architecture Manager in Los Angeles to oversee architectural projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers and other professionals to develop designs that meet needs and budgets.

You must have at least 5 years of architectural experience and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Leadership abilities to manage projects from conception to completion.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software.
• Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for architectural projects
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation
• Coordinate with engineers contractors and other professionals involved in the project
• Ensure compliance with building codes zoning laws and other regulations
• Review architectural drawings and make necessary changes to meet client needs
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure quality control
• Mentor junior architects on design concepts and techniques
• Keep updated on industry trends new technologies and advancements in architecture
