Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional architectural design experience.

• Degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• Proficiency with Revit, Rhino, SketchUp and rendering tools like Enscape.
• Strong graphic presentation and communication skills.
• Experience across design phases from concept to CA.
• Ability to mentor junior designers.
• Familiarity with building codes and construction methods.
• Architectural license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development from concept to construction documents.
