Job summary

Bloom Companies, LLC in Milwaukee seeks a passionate client leader and project manager to shape the future of our architectural practice. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, nurture client relationships, and drive growth across Education, Municipal, Commercial, Transit, and Industrial markets.

As a department leader, you’ll define strategic direction, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality drawings, specifications, and construction administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect in Wisconsin; NCARB preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of public project delivery experience.
• Experience across Education, Municipal, Commercial, Transit/Transportation, Industrial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships and keep stakeholders apprised of progress.
• Grow market presence through events, conferences, and partnerships.
• Provide project team leadership and deliver complete construction drawings and specs.
• Coordinate across disciplines to meet project goals.
• Lead design and delivery across all project phases including construction administration.
• Incorporate sustainable design strategies into solutions.
• Manage projects with budgets, schedules, and fees in Bloom’s PM system.
• Contribute to business development with proposals and LOIs.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in office initiatives.
