Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in architectural and construction environments.
• High proficiency with Autodesk Revit for modeling and documentation.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and drawings accurately.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and accessibility standards.
• In-office role with occasional travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed technical drawings using Revit.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to meet project requirements.
• Review specifications and sketches to determine drawing approach.
• Develop digital models and drawing sets per codes and standards.
• Manage drawing revisions and maintain documentation records.
• Collaborate with consultants for building systems drawings.
• Read and interpret plans and schedules to produce construction drawings.
