Job summary

Wold Architects and Engineers is seeking a talented Project Manager for our Evansville, IN office. This full-time role leads multi-disciplinary teams on public sector projects, coordinating architects, engineers and contractors to deliver integrated design solutions.

You will mentor staff, manage schedules, document quality control, and ensure compliance with building codes and client requirements from design through completion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Architecture degree from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure with public sector project experience.
• Proficient in Revit and strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely in a team environment and knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in the public sector.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and clients/contractors.
• Provide mentorship and assist with staff development.
• Identify client requirements and be the primary contact and communicator.
• Document quality review and detailed code analysis.
• Coordinate design work and ensure integrated, cohesive design.
