Job summary

HGA is seeking an Architectural Project Manager and experienced Project Architect for its CWG markets in Northern California. The role requires strong leadership, technical excellence, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.

Consultant coordination, contract administration, and client communication are key responsibilities. The position offers a competitive salary with bonuses and robust benefits, and a hybrid work schedule with in-office presence three days

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
• Architectural licensure preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple projects from concept through completion.
• Develop and oversee project work plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing.
• Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and code compliance throughout all phases.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, building trust and ensuring satisfaction.
• Lead presentations, facilitate approvals, and translate client goals into actionable strategies.
• Direct and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Coordinate consultants and stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders.
