Job summary

PSA Architects in Cincinnati seeks an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead the delivery of national-brand projects across markets. You will manage from planning through construction administration, coordinate consultants, and ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will mentor teams, uphold brand standards, and drive process improvements while delivering projects at scale across multiple locations. This role offers growth opportunities with profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Professional architectural experience with project management responsibility.
• Degree in Architecture; PMP or LEED AP is a strong asset.
• Experience guiding projects through CD and CA phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple architectural projects from initiation to completion.
• Define scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and staffing.
• Coordinate architectural, engineering, and vendor teams.
• Manage documentation, RFIs, submittals, and revisions.
• Review drawings for accuracy, coordination, and codes.
