Qualifications

• Registered Professional Architect with SACAP.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural practice, with at least 4 years in project management.
• Proven success in managing multiple large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and contract law.
• Proficiency in project management software and architectural design tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Revit).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of architectural projects, from inception to handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement, and site supervision activities.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
