Qualifications

• Licensed Architect in Arizona; NCARB certification required.
• Minimum 15 years of professional architectural experience.
• Proven experience leading complex projects across sectors (commercial, institutional, educational, civic).
• LEED accreditation or other sustainability credentials preferred.
• Experience with Design-Build or Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through construction.
• Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and client communications.
• Oversee construction documents preparation and ensure code compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout all phases.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
• Participate in business development activities including proposals and client presentations.
