Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of the architectural design and documentation process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production and coordination of contract deliverables.
• Oversee the QA/QC process for all project documentation.
• Manage internal and external resources for technical execution.

Skills

Proficiency with Revit

Proficiency with Auto-CAD

MS Office

Collaboration software (Bluebeam, Miro, Teams)

Understanding of building and zoning codes

Expertise in construction administration

Education
