MG2 Design is looking for an Architectural Staff (Level 3) to join its team in Seattle, WA. The position involves leading the production of contract deliverables, ensuring compliance with design standards, and providing technical support throughout project phases.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, 8+ years of experience, and proficiency in key architectural tools like Revit and Auto-CAD. The compensation ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Comprehensive understanding of architectural design and documentation.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production and coordination of contract deliverables.
• Oversee integration of design generated deliverables.
• Generate code research and feasibility studies.
• Contribute to project reporting throughout design and construction.
• Ensure adherence to documentation standards.
• Provide guidance on project specifications.
• Oversee the QA/QC process for all documentation.
• Provide technical support during permitting phase.
• Manage internal and external resources for technical execution.
