Blackstone Talent Group is seeking a Senior Job Captain (Architectural Designer III) in Los Angeles, CA. The role leads production of complex design documents, progressing projects from programming through construction documentation under a Project Architect.

You will guide junior designers, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure designs meet client requirements. Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop, Adobe Suite, and MS Office is required; LEED knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• Must be licensed or pursuing licensure.
• 4+ years of architectural experience.
• Proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Working knowledge of LEED or accreditation is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualize and organize project design ideas based on preliminary concepts and data to produce designs and drawings.
• Direct junior designers and coordinate drawings into a cohesive set.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate information into project documents.
• Review layout and design drawings for compliance with specifications and client comments; rework as needed.
• Assist with report preparation, site visits, drawings, code research as necessary.
• Participate in approvals of materials and specifications aligned with design goals.
• Use CAD and REVIT to prepare detailed project designs and ensure documentation quality.
• Attend client, contractor, and design team meetings and maintain project documents per controls.
