Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of architectural experience, including at least 2 years on multifamily projects.
• Minimum 4 years of Revit experience.
• California Architectural License or on track to licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development for multifamily and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive construction document sets in Revit.
• Coordinate project teams, including internal staff and external consultants.

Skills

Proficient in Revit

Understanding of IBC/CBC and accessibility codes

Hands-on experience with construction types I, III, and V

Excellent organizational and coordination skills
