Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in architecture and good collaboration/communication.
• Undergraduate degree in Architecture required; graduate degree not required unless licensure mandates.
• Minimum 8 years of professional architecture experience.
• Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam; high proficiency in standard architecture software.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development and manage client relationships with Project Manager and Project Designer.
• Oversee all aspects of project implementation, ensuring schedules and profitability.
• Implement QA/QC processes and adhere to practice standards.
• Coordinate project teams and communications with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and lead conceptual designs or technical strategies.
• Supervise and mentor teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Present technical and design solutions to clients as SME.
• Ensure design intent is maintained through all project phases.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and profitability while prioritizing design elements.
