Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer in New Jersey to perform design analyses, prepare construction documents, and manage models in Revit and AutoCAD.

The role requires a BS in architecture, at least five years of experience, and strong communication with clients. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, SketchUp and the Adobe Creative Suite is essential. U.S. citizenship or GC is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience; salary commensurate with experience.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required.
• Architectural license a plus; licensure desired.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses of design, planning, occupancy studies and design layouts for projects.
• Write and review plans/estimates
• Create, update, and maintain REVIT and AutoCAD architectural models
• Participate in conceptual design activities under the supervision of a Project Manager
• Assist in the development of project specifications
• Prepare architectural documents for agency approval throughout the bidding and construction administration process
• Perform shop drawings and submittal reviews
• Attend construction meetings, maintaining a photographic record of work progress and preparing field reports for distribution
• Conduct existing condition surveys and summary reports
• Researching and applying codes and standards
