Larson Design Group (LDG) is seeking a Senior Architectural Associate to lead design development, coordinate complex architectural deliverables, and ensure code compliance across projects. This role blends technical proficiency with collaboration to advance design quality and efficiency.

The position emphasizes mentorship, coordination with project teams, and active participation as LDG supports licensure progression and professional growth within a 100% employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from NAAB-accredited institution.
• Active in the AXP program and in the process of taking ARE.
• Minimum 3 years of related architectural experience.
• Experience delivering design computations and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews design computations, drawings, and plans for accuracy and constructability.
• Manages project submissions and maintains timelines.
• Develops detailed specifications, reports, and correspondence with clarity.
• Conducts field inspections to verify design intent and code compliance.
• Promotes QA/QC processes to minimize errors and omissions.
• Mentors Architectural Associates and interns, supporting professional growth.
