Job summary

OMA New York is seeking a Senior Architect with strong Construction Administration experience for US projects. You will lead technical documentation, coordinate with consultants, and guide teams through all project phases.

The role requires licensure in the US, a professional or graduate degree in architecture, and excellence in communication. Candidates with DC registration are a plus, and Revit/BIM proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience across all design phases with heavy CA in US projects.
• Experience as Architect of Record with code compliance, permitting, documentation on US projects.
• US licensure to practice architecture (DC registration a plus).
• Portfolio of realized/published projects across multiple program types.
• Excellent communication and coordination with clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction administration responsibilities including RFIs, submittals, site visits, and field reports.
• Coordinate with consultants and design teams to produce comprehensive packages.
• Develop project design direction and supervise documentation through all phases.
• Mentor and lead project teams, ensuring quality across deliverables.
