You will lead STI design projects, mentoring teams and guiding scope and planning for complex facilities including healthcare, biotech, and manufacturing environments.
Ideal candidates hold a NY license (reciprocity welcomed) with 12+ years in science/tech/industrial projects and strong Revit skills.

Compensation: $98,000 to $140,000 per year (depending on qualifications)
