Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architecture projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other architectural software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and construction processes.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
