Job summary

SEH in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Architect / Project Manager to lead municipal architectural projects across Central Texas. You’ll mentor teams, cultivate client relationships, pursue new work, and help grow SEH’s Architecture Practice while delivering high-impact facilities for communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required.
• Licensed Architect in Texas or ability to obtain licensure via reciprocity.
• Proven experience managing municipal architectural projects and leading project teams.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of securing new work.
• Established relationships in municipal/public-sector markets and ability to cultivate clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and develop relationships with municipal agencies and private clients.
• Market SEH’s municipal services and deliver proposals coordinating clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary SEH teams to deliver public-sector architectural projects.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and project teams across the architecture practice.
• Represent SEH at conferences and industry events to grow Central Texas presence.
