AtkinsRéalis in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Architect to lead design and delivery of complex projects from concept through construction documentation. You will drive the architectural vision, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure solutions meet client goals and regulatory requirements.

You will mentor staff, contribute to business development, and represent the firm at industry events, while advancing sustainable design and BIM workflows across projects.

Qualifications

• Professional architecture degree and RA license with NCARB or equivalent.
• Proven leadership of large, complex projects across sectors.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and consultant coordination.
• Deep knowledge of building systems, codes and constructability.
• Advanced BIM/tech fluency and cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Clear, compelling client communication and design presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural vision and execution from concept to documentation.
• Align design with client goals, negotiate scope and fees.
• Deliver compliant, high-quality projects within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Mentor staff, drive design direction, and support growth.
• Participate in winning proposals and firm-wide standards.
• Represent the firm with clients and at industry events.
