Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of experience as an architect in commercial or residential projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit) and SketchUp or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present ideas to clients and teams.
• Deep understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and designers to create innovative designs.
• Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software.
• Collaborate with clients to translate needs into design concepts.
• Conduct site visits to ensure alignment with design intent.
• Oversee budget, schedule, and project progress to meet deadlines.
